CMG Australia has its flagship store within the Doyles Restaurant at the Sydney Fish Markets. Our seafood is sourced from some of the remotest parts of Australia – that most people don’t get to visit. At the markets you can learn about where our produce is from and experience the vast, untouched nature of the fishing grounds through our interactive videos. We have large tanks full of our Jade Tiger Abalone and Australian Dragon Lobster – and when in season, our other products as well. Our partners at Doyles will gladly prepare our seafood for you on the spot. This is as close to eating it straight out of the water that you can get.

Doyles are renowned across Australia for their premium Sydney seafood restaurants. Established in 1885, five generations of the Doyles family have been setting the standard for seafood restaurants in Australia. They have three locations in Sydney – Circular Quay overlooking the Opera House, at Watsons Bay looking back across the Harbour, and at the home of Sydney seafood – the Sydney Fish Markets.
